Check-in: hand-over of the keys from 3pm.
Check-out: return of the keys within 10am.
It is still possible to check-in, if you arrive before 5 pm, and use all the facilities: swimming pool, solarium, bar, beach, playing fields and restaurant.
During check-in it is necessary to show a valid ID or Passport of all Guests, children of all ages included.

It is possible to book on site a day-use room (more then 6 hours) or ask for a late check-out (within 6 hours). Service subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Umbrellas and loungers at the beach can be booked at additional cost and are subject to availability.

– First row €35.00 | Second row €30.00 | Third row €20.00 | Other rows €15.00

– A deposit of 30% for the entire stay is required on confirmation of the booking for the refundable rate.
– The balance of the stay is required on arrival, during check-in.

The following information applies to the refundable rates:
– Up to 16 days before your scheduled arrival date: no penalty.
– From 15 days up to 11 days: 30% fee of the total amount.
– From 10 days up to 4 days: 50% fee of the total amount.
– From 3 days up to the arrival date: 100% fee of the total amount.
– No show or early check-out: 100% fee of the total amount.
This information is valid for the main rate. For special rates (e.g. prepaid or insured rate), please refer to the cancellation policy in your quotation.

Any requests regarding preferences or particular needs (i.e. room close to lift) made during the reservation will be taken into consideration by our staff but the positive outcome cannot be guaranteed.

You don’t have to worry about taking bulky beach towels with you, we can give you one at no additional cost for the whole holiday.
It will be replaced for free with a clean one twice a week. It is possible to ask for an extra beach towel at the price of €2.50 per towel.

Ask our Staff at the Reception to rent a bike if you would like to discover the nearby beaches or reach the city centre of Baja Sardinia. The service is not provided directly by the Hotel.

Wi-Fi is for free and available only in common areas: reception, restaurant and swimming pool.

At the reception you will find information and costs on the laundry and ironing service (with the possibility of dry cleaning).

The unsupervised car park of the Hotel Cormorano allows you to park your car or motorbike indoor.
The car park has limited available places. The service is upon reservation and has an additional cost: €15.00 per day.
Free parking is available outside the hotel.

Some services are only available upon request and after reservation (e.g. doctor, baby-sitting).

Wellness services need to be previously booked and are offered at the Grand Hotel in Porto Cervo, nearby the Hotel. Services available: massage, beautician, hairdresser, personal trainer, gym, sauna.

Only a limited number of pets is allowed in our Club Hotel and a request is needed when making the reservation.
Allowed pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They must weigh max. 10kg. The price is €20.00 per day per animal.
Transport box or a leash are mandatory. Animals cannot access the beach, sport courts, playground, bar, restaurant, and private beach property.
According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

The restaurant doesn’t offer a vegetarian and/or vegan menu. The Chef can cook a dish that satisfies our Guests’ needs, if the buffet doesn’t already offer something in line with these dietary preferences (e.g. pasta with zucchini).

It is necessary during reservation to inform our staff about any sort of allergies or food intolerances you might have.
Hotel Cormorano does not have a dedicated kitchen for gluten free meals, therefore we cannot guarantee that our fresh meals have no gluten.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Arzachena requires the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €3.00 per night per person. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Arzachena.
